The Cotswold Autodoser
is a simple but highly efficient tube-pump controlled by an electronic
timer. The system enables the consistent safe measurement and
dispensing of hazardous chemicals direct from a floor standing
container. There are no joints or junctions anywhere between
the pick-up point and the outlet, eradicating any possibility
of internal leaks, thus the pump protects the user from any risks
associated with the manual pouring of hazardous liquids.
The Autodoser Pump needs no
priming and the amount of chemical to be dispensed can be adjusted
by changing the timer control on the front of the unit.
A press of the button starts the pumping cycle and the pump stops
automatically when the pre-selected dose of chemical has been
dispensed. The pump can be used with concentrated chemicals and
is suitable for all liquid chemicals.
The Autodoser does not need a vacuum supply, therefore there
is no danger of chemicals damaging the vacuum pump or vacuum
system. The accuracy of this system contributes to substantial
savings in the use of expensive materials |
