To maintain milk quality, all fat
deposits and debris must be thoroughly removed
from the milking plant after each milking.
To achieve this requires absolute control over
many factors including water temperature, chemical concentration,
detergent volume, mechanical agitation, process duration etc....
These parameters vary from dairy plant to dairy plant, requiring
a degree of tuning in which only a computer-controlled
plant washer can offer.
