To maintain milk quality, all fat deposits and debris must be thoroughly removed from the milking plant after each milking.

To achieve this requires absolute control over many factors including water temperature, chemical concentration, detergent volume, mechanical agitation, process duration etc....

These parameters vary from dairy plant to dairy plant, requiring a degree of “tuning in” which only a computer-controlled plant washer can offer.

HYGIENE MASTER
  •  Extremely time efficient, just press “start” button and walk away. The unit completes its wash sequence automatically, and then switches itself off.
  • easily programmable, and easy to amend/edit the program when required
  • accurate independent dosing for acids, alkalis and hypochlorite
  • safety “lockouts” prevent inadvertent mixing of dangerous chemicals
  • integrated sensor completely eliminates problems caused by varying water pressure, the system will not operate unless wash trough is full
