Catalogues. We produce a very affective 24-page retail catalogue, and you may ask for as many as you wish for your customers and potential customers. It is supplied with an loose retail price list containing the prices of our main products and accessories (but not spares). Throughout the life of each catalogue we keep you up-to-date by issuing product up-dates which can be easily inserted into the catalogues. |

Retail Price Lists. A seperate retail price list is produced, this enables us to keep the catalogue up-to-date by issuing new price lists from time to time. |

Trade Price Lists. Our Trade Price List is in large clear print (on
A4 - white). It contains retail prices together with generous
dealer discount rates - for everything including spares. (Spares
are not listed in the retail catalogue). The trade price structure is NOT listed anywhere on this site, if you are a dealer and wish to discuss this, please get in touch with Cotswold . |

Van/Counter sales price list. As a service to our customers with sales/delivery vans or trade counters, we also offer a large print A4 “Retail” list. It does not contain discount details but it does contain spares and accessories together with retail prices.. |

Catalogue Dispensers. We have available plastic dispensers for the retail catalogue, these can be wall-mounted or free-standing, they are available on request (for Cotswold catalogues only - please). |

Advertising Inserts. We are be happy to produce and supply - at no cost - personalised inserts and marketing materials for you to include with your statements or mailouts. Examples can be obtained from us at any time. |

Wall Signs. We can supply full colour laminated A4 wall signs, one for each main product and one which says “We sell Cotswold Dairy Equipment - ask for a catalogue” - there are also smaller A5 ones available. They are available with sticky fixers and are ideal both in a retail establishments and in sales vans. Ask for samples. |

Display Rack. We manufacture an attractive steel display rack with pegboard backing and a horizontal base, this can be free-standing or set against a wall. Our smaller and lighter products are supplied in see-through bags with colourful cards which fit directly onto this rack, and some of our larger items will go onto its horizontal base section. The rack is available free to dealers who can give it sufficient prominence in their showrooms and guarantee to use it only with Cotswold products. (available UK only) |

Advertising. We regularly advertise our products in the Farming Press, sending catalogues to all enquirers together with details of their local dealers. |

Exhibitions. We have stands at the National shows including the Dairy Event and the Royal show. We also support dealers with personnel and equipment if they are organising their own shows or attending regional shows. |

Telesales Support. To ensure an adequate level of local support for farmers we only supply our products through approved and qualified outlets. We maintain a database of dealers at our head office, and pass the names and addresses of dealer to enquirers from their area |

Dealer Web Database. Our dealer list is published on our web page, enabling potential customers to quickly locate Cotswold dealers in their area. In addition, if you have a web page of your own, we can provide direct links from our web page to yours. |

Telephone Support. We are always here to help you over the telephone, or by fax and post, and you are welcome to visit us at Witney at any time. Please do not ask your customers to call us direct unless we have been advised in advance. |

Prices. Our published suggested retail prices do not include any allowance for installation or maintenance - that is for the dealer to add based on his own site survey. Discounts. Our generous discounts provide sufficient margin to allow the dealer to offer end-users excellent local support and service, (including the labour portion of any warranty claim). |

Warranties. Our products are guaranteed for 1 or 2 years from delivery, plus an additional 3-months to allow the dealer time to turn over his stock. We will replace free of charge any part which fails within the warranty period, including labour incurred at the factory and return carriage from us to the dealer. Consequential losses are totally excluded, as are on-site labour costs. |

Account Details. Our trade terms are net-monthly-account, which means that we expect full payment for each invoice during the month following issue of that invoice. We send a statement at the end of each month unless there is a zero balance. |

Our dealers should be competent in surveying new installations, offering the correct choice of product and providing reliable installation and after-sales support. |
