The SupaSpray teat sprayer is powered by the dairy vacuum supply. Its sophisticated power unit sits directly on top of the chemical drum, and a flexible chemical pickup tube connects to the filter assembly suspended just above the base of the drum

The sprayer is an extremely efficient user of the the dairy vacuum supply. It will only pump if there is a need to "build up" pressure. Once the correct pressure is attained it will automatically stop pumping, significantly reducing wear.

SupaSpray is capable of spraying most modern dairy chemicals using either a Cotswold spray gun or most other manufacturers’ spray guns. Included in the package are three Cotswold VS26 spray guns. The SupaSpray pump is available alone, for upgrading other manufacturer’s systems.

Very Easy Setup. Only two connections are required - the vacuum supply (connected via a 10mm flexi-tube to the plant vacuum), and an outlet tube to the spray guns (included).

The SupaSpray is available as a pump only - for use with other manufacturer's systems, or complete with three Drop Points (opposite) which include Cotswold's VS26 Spray Gun.

NOTE

This pump is not designed to work indefinitely with chlorine-based chemicals. Whilst it will work well with these chemicals, the life of the seals and other wearing parts will be shortened and the warranty will be affected.
